For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies.

CornerMan is an AI-powered boxing training application that provides:

Personalized AI-generated boxing workouts
AI coaching advice and guidance
Progress tracking and achievements
Nutrition recommendations

3. Subscriptions

Free Tier: Limited access to AI features

Pro Subscription: Unlimited access to all features

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store
Auto-renewal unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their App Store refund policies. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

5. User Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
You agree not to misuse or abuse the AI features
Consult a medical professional before beginning any exercise program

6. Health Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: CornerMan provides fitness information for educational purposes only. The AI-generated workouts and advice are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before starting any exercise program.

7. Intellectual Property

The CornerMan app, including its design, graphics, and AI algorithms, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

CornerMan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the app or following workout recommendations.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
